Assembly of the Prototype
The figure above shows the housing assembly for the motor that would placed underneath the disk. The housing is made from sheet metal due to its flexibility.
The figure above shows the location of the motor shaft connection (the bore and flange (prototype). The piece is made of wood, however, for the final product it be made of metal for its durability.
The figure above shows how the connection of the bore with small disk (flange) is attached under the rotational disk.
The figure above shows the attached motor below the disk. The shaft is connected to the bore where the disk is going to rotate.
The figure above shows the finish prototype to begin testing.
